Will mine or my child's identity be exposed?

No. The parents and athletes' identity will remain anonymous and no one will have access to the answers aside from the Research Team at York University. No names will be given out and specific details will be exposed to the public. The team at York University respects all participants and will ensure your identity remains anonymous.

All surveys and answers will be kept anonymous and names will not be linked with the information you provide or in any research reports.  Your participation is voluntary, and confidentiality will be provided to the fullest extent possible by law.
